I'm having problem with a bug that also happened to me last week. I'll get a request for a dish and then whether I start cooking it or not I'll get a repeat request a matter of minutes later for the same thing from the same person! I've tried un-selecting them from my friends list, but the requests still come through. Not only is it clogging up my Pending list, it's holding up my game because every time I get an order request popup notice it stops game play so the things I am cooking take forever to cook and the zombies I'm trying to recharge are taking forever to recharge unless I'm right there to click "OK".

Has this happened to anyone else?

I am getting the same issue happening to me. I am not getting any new orders from other friends iether.

I've been having the same issue happen for months, but usually stops after 2nd or 3rd request. I think some of the problems are all related. I haven't had an "endless" stream of requests though. I'm getting an endless stream of deliveries, with the same zombie recharging problem. I've gotten over 200 deliveries today. I have 40K of the same recipe with probably another 20K in the refrigerator. :(

Ya this server bug has bit me on and off for months as well, usually stopping after around 8-10 cycles. Ive had both the orders version of this and the deliveries version. For the past 12 hours ive been getting the same 10 deliveries/gifts. Im now up to around 250 dishes in my fridge after starting with an empty fridge 12 hours ago. My suggestion is to stay logged out of fb/gc until this clears up. This issue is definitely server side so theres really not much to do about it except for wait and avoid playing while logged into gc/fb.

On a side note, once your fridge has ~ 525 dishes in it, it will start to loop, making it literally impossible to see the end unless you start serving/gifting dishes.. If you need a place to dump your excess food, add me on GC Chad.

Out of curiosity, is this happening with your GC friends, FB friends, or both ? Its happening with FB friends only for me, although i havent received any orders from GC friends and thats not normal…

I'm not on FB so it's GC friends only. I also haven't received any other orders from GC friends. I need to ask my brother if he's having the same problem, as he's one of my GC friends and we usually trade dishes every couple days or so.

This time the repeated dishes problem seems to be lasting longer than it did last week. I'm done as you suggested and logged out of GC. That's stopped it, but I hope they can find a fix for this soon. My brother still owes me a dish I don't already have! :D

I agree, this repeating orders (in my case gifts/deliveries) glitch has definitely lasted longer than previously. Come on Beeline get your shit together lol. I've counted at least 70 copies of the same 10 dishes over the past 24 hours now. I'm glad that I have a recent backup plist with an empty fridge cuz it would be seriously annoying to actually have to dump all this food. I'm now up to over 700 dishes from zero 24 hours ago..

I am having the same issue.

It is absolutely a server issue, however it seems to me that it has been worse since the recent update of the game. Prior to the update, repeats were only up to 10 cycles. Now…. well, I think I'm averaging about a cycle every minute that I'm in the game.

I have noticed something interesting about the cycles. I receive orders from the same 3 GC friends, however…. one of those friends has a different variant of numbers at the end, while the other two are exactly the same.

So. cycle one:

x player
B player
Ben1 player

cycle 2:

x player
B player
Ben2 player

Cycle 3:

x player
B player
Ben3 player

and so on…… the numbers behind the "ben" name changes every cycle while the other players stay the same.

I found that strange, so I trawled through my GC friends to find this Ben1/2/3/etc.. … player, and he/she doesn't exist in either my GC or FB friends lists. Strange? Yes it is.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Mine stopped doing it now, but none of my friends are sending me stuff.
