Does anybody level 20+ know whether or not all level 21+ enemy cafes are sci-fry labs? I'm kind of curious about that.

Also, has anybody noticed a general pattern of how frequently these appear? It seems like in my game they only appear every few days, tho I have no data and have done no research to support this. It just seems like they pop up randomly every couple of days. One day they'll be level 17 enemy cafes, the next time they appear they're level 20 enemy cafes with no particular rhyme or reason as to where and when they'll appear. Is this just totally random?

Even though I'm not above Level 20 yet, I still can tell you what I discovered. :)

It seems to be totally random which kind of enemy cafe appears after the "cooldown" once you raided an enemy. I get Sci-Fry Labs every now and then, mostly every 1-2 days.
I also noticed, that every few levels some new types of enemy cafes appear. After I reached Level 14, it was the first time I saw a pub (beer signs and chef with basecap). Now that I reached Level 17, it was the first time I saw a french styled cafe. I don't really know if there is a minimum level that you have to reach for Sci-Fry Labs, but they appeared to me since the update, can't remember the level I was at this point. But as for the Sci-Fry Labs, the pub and the french cafe appears every now and then, just randomly.
