Designing Your Restaurant

The goal of designing the best restaurant would involve maximizing 2 things:efficiency and the number of tables available.
It is recommended you keep utility, decor, and other items at a minimum.

Efficiency is accomplished by providing a sufficient amount of sinks, counters, and pathways such that waiters/waitresses can reach each table in a short amount of time. As such, creating squares and rectangles designs with your tables tends to be more effective.

The number of tables determines the number of customers available. However, tables must need a chair along with it, so tables are relatively costly in terms of space.

Remember that waiters only need contact with the table to function, so orient your tables so that the distance between the table and the sink/counter is at a minimum.
